Surely you should have something better to do? In the past, ironing services were handled by the “lady around the corner” or the family friend. This method has proven in many cases to be unsuccessful due to inconsistent quality, price and service. Sometimes the contractor may smoke and/or have animals or even cook whilst handling your ironing. Therefore the clothes come back with a distinct and unattractive odour. Garments today are not only more expensive, but also more fragile as they are made with a mix of natural and artificial colours and fibres and tend to require a lot more care. Our concept was derived from the understanding of the demand and sympathising with the customer that have had bad experiences in the past. Our aim was to provide a service that would alleviate the many hours spent on domestic chores such as ironing. The business started over 10 years ago from our first premises offering a pickup and delivery service for garment ironing to a small customer base. Since the inception of the business, the reliance and expectations has increased dramatically in both size and demand, far more than the original expectations. Esteem Ironing Service provide a quality and professional ironing service for customers with a quality and service guarantee to match. Esteem Ironing Service have developed their “IN and OUT” methodology utilising the many years of background experience and training in garment care, to ensure a seamless and efficient turnaround process for their customers. We offer only one service: A good service to every customer, no gold, silver, or deluxe gimmicks or prices, which makes our service unique: each item is individually hand finished and cared for with esteem. Our professionally equipped shop enables us to provide this special service for you. Each garment is individually processed by our highly trained staff through our system with as many as six different stages of finishing through to final presentation and quality inspection. Care is taken to ensure that garments are returned on a hanger and covered by plastic.
