We will not mix your garments with other customers’ garments.

If prior to ironing we discover any damaged or soiled items, they will be retuned to you un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding.
The weight/cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the total.

We only accept laundered items that have been dried. We reserve the right to return any un-washed items or excessively wet items.
The weight/cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the total.

We reserve the right to return individual items or entire loads un-ironed in the event of the garments having strong odours such as
cigarette/cigar smoke. The weight/cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the total.

Any items found with your laundry will be returned to you upon collection.
